As far back as I can remember, I recall hearing stories about The Great Apocalypse / The War Of Armageddon.  The fact that these stories painted a dreadful and gloomy picture of the future of life on earth was bad enough, but to make matters worse, these days of doom were predicted by writers who lived long, long ago.  This to me made no sense at all.  Its like we have been given scripts written hundreds and even thousands of years ago, and we find ourselves following these ancient scripts today in 2008, straight into another age of darkness on earth.!

We seem to be willing to risk poisoning the earth’s atmosphere beyond repair using weapons of mass destruction, so as to lend credence to the old outdated prophecies of doom.

What can we do to make sure that our children and future generations of children will inherit a planet earth that supports the same quality of life that we all have come to know and enjoy?
